I'm running for State Representative because God has positioned me for public service. "To whom much is given, much is required;" becoming your State Representive is my mission in life. I'm a long-term resident and proud product of Fort Bend County public schools. My passion is giving back to the community that has given so much to me and my family.

I've invested more than just homeownership in our community. I've invested social capital by volunteering to serve on numerous boards, mentoring our youth, supporting the elderly, and giving of my time, talents and resources toward many civic engagements.

Gandhi's profoundly, inspiring words, "We must be the change we wish to see in the world" propels my conviction: I am a servant leader...therefore, I fervently believe that being a public offical should be more than just holding an office; it should be about effecting change and prioritizing the needs of the community in which one serves, even before his own. As State Representative of District 27, I vow to serve the residents of Fort Bend County by advocating high-quality education for our youth, affordable healthcare for the elderly and economically challenged, and economic empowerment for our entire community.
